STRENGTH / INTERVAL TRAINING
Strength and Interval Training is a total body muscle building and conditioning class. Exercises will utilize a mixture of dumbbells, resistance bands, and body weight to sculpt and define arms, back, legs and glutes. Classes will also contain an abdominal/core component. The major focus here is strength training and challenging muscular endurance. Many modifications are given for all levels.

ZUMBA
Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. Zumba mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for a cardio, calorie-burning dance fitness party!! It feels like exercise in disguise because you’ll have so much fun dancing to the beat for some boosted energy every time.

STRONG
Stop counting the reps. Start training to the beat. STRONG by Zumba® combines body weight, muscle conditioning, cardio and plyometric training moves synced to original music that has been specifically designed to match every single move. Every squat, every lunge, every burpee is driven by the music, helping you make it to that last rep, and maybe even five more. This class will push you past your plateaus to help you reach your fitness goals faster. Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition, and you will experience an increased afterburn.
STRONG 45™
STRONG 45™ packs a challenging total-body workout into 45 minutes. This efficient and focused class helps you fit fitness into any schedule.
