In 2018, Cheryl began pursuing her dream to make a difference in the fitness and wellness world. She obtained her license in Zumba Fitness and STRONG by Zumba, and received her AFAA Group Fitness Certification, AFAA Personal Fitness Trainer Certification, AFAA Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Sunset Yoga, and MOSSA MOVE30 Certification.  Most recently, she has began working 1:1 with clients in a personal training environment where she can help individuals achieve their fitness goals.

Services

INITIAL PHYSICAL ASSESSMENT: One-on-one physical assessment includes developing an individualized exercise plan based on your needs and goals. This time is spent discussing your lifestyle and physical activity level, as well as exploring goals best suited for you in your current situation and stage of life. The first visit will include establishing a baseline level of fitness in the areas of flexibility, strength, endurance, and cardiovascular system function. Initial consultation is $45.

TRAINING SESSIONS: Training sessions are designed for you based on your particular needs. Sessions are either 30 or 60 minutes, and will challenge and motivate you to help keep you on track to meet your goals. Training sessions will take place at Cheryl’s home in Loganville (Gwinnett County) on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 4:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Cost is $30 per half hour session and $50 per hour session. Monthly commitment (min. of 1 class per week) is required.
